I’ve had the TL for a day now, and I’m getting acclimated to it very quickly. It’s a very good car. No unusual noises (the prop shaft failing produces a tea kettle-type noise, and thankfully I don’t hear it. The car was a CPO Acura at a dealer in Nova at one point, and half the mileage came in the first 2 years. I’m learning a lot, and I enjoy it. Oppo review forthcoming.

Looks good. Have you gotten to take it through some back roads?  Also I am jealous of your lack of prop shaft whine.

I have. It’s shockingly planted, like more business than it really has being . If it makes you feel any better, I do have a TPMS shutdown on, but I’ll take it to CarMax one day soon to get it fixed.

I wanted an advance but didn’t hear good things about the ride quality of the 19's so I stuck with the tech. I just got my prop shaft replaced so I no longer hear any noises. I’ve been trying to trade mine too for a 2018 RLX. I think I'll keep it until next year

The 19s add a bit of stiffness, yeah.

This car looks better every day. It was ahead of its time design-wise.

It really does. It’s grown on me a lot, though I still think the 09-11 are hideous.

Yeah, its  pretty cool when you power through a corner and feel the car pull itself towards the apex. Also jealous of your aux cord. The 06 RLs got them but the 05s didnt.

Yeah, it’s fantastic.

I have aux, USB, Bluetooth, and a 60GB HDD. Basically anyone who wants to can put music on.

I’m actually a bit overwhelmed on the infotainment system...there’s a separate 200-page manual just for it.
